Performing Arts Workshops PHOTOGRAPHY CAMP (for ages 8-14) teaches kids the art of digital photography from behind the lens to in front of the computer.  Campers learn everything from Camera Settings and Special Effects, to Visual Composition including: Still Life, Landscapes, Headshots and Portraits.  They even learn how to take Advertising Photos.  In the afternoons, following lunch and free play…the kids will work in front of the computer, and learn how to digitally master their photos. Each day the campers will need to bring their own digital camera to shoot with, as well as a flash drive to load their daily edited photos on, so that they can be printed at home. PAW’s teachers do supply a computer for the campers to work on. However, many kids do like to bring their own laptops as well.  At the end of each session, not only will the kids get to take home a portfolio of their favorite selected prints, but even set up a photo exhibition for their parents to come and enjoy!  With only up to 10 children allowed in each session, each child gets a lot of individual attention.
