Performing Arts Workshops’ JR. COUNSELOR PROGRAM is for student’s ages 15 & 16 only. It is designed to help outstanding teens develop leadership skills in a real-world setting.  

They will have the joy of watching the younger campers they get to encourage & support shine on stage just like they did when they were younger! During each day PAW’s Jr. Counselors will serve as mentors to the campers by setting an example through their own character and conduct, as well as having the chance to demonstrate many of the performing arts skills and techniques they have gained through their own arts training. While joining the PAW professional instructors during class and free play, they will also have the opportunity to develop leadership skills. PAW accepts up to 3 Jr. Counselors at each location, per session.  What’s great is that they will be able to list this experience as a type of community service on college or work applications.  To apply, just have you and your teen fill out the application on PAW’s Jr. Counselors page. PAW will get back to you to complete the acceptance process…which consists of a mini interview over the phone with both the parent and student.
